  • You and another caregiver want to coordinate your approach.

How It Works

Start with one situation

Choose a recurring part of the day, such as getting ready or sharing responsibilities. Describe what happens without reducing a child to a label.

Plan your response

Identify the choices you can make as a caregiver: clear requests, routines, boundaries and how you communicate them.

Learn from daily life

Notice what was practical for your family. Review the approach and adjust expectations as you learn.

Daily Life

For example, you might focus on a rushed morning routine. Coaching can help you simplify the sequence, clarify adult responsibilities and test a plan that fits your household.

Scope

Coaching works on goals and action. It is not psychotherapy and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or support for active trauma. Intake is separate from therapy.

FAQ

Is this a service for my child?

Parent coaching works with the parent or caregiver. It is not child assessment, therapy or treatment.

Can more than one caregiver take part?

A shared parenting goal can include more than one caregiver. Participation and fit are discussed before starting.

Can we discuss routines for a neurodivergent family?

You can bring goals about everyday routines and caregiver coordination. Coaching does not replace individualized clinical or educational support.
